GAME MANAGEMENT RULES
By playing the Games, the User agrees to the Rules. The Company may update the Rules from time to time by posting the amended rules in the Games. The updated Rules will become effective at the date indicated in the "EFFECTIVE DATE" legend at the top of the Rules. The User's continued playing of the Games will be deemed as the User's acceptance of the updated Rules.
1. The User shall play the Games in a fair and reasonable manner, and must not engage in any of the following:
1.1 Using a username that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, tortious, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, libellous, invasive of another's privacy, hateful, discriminatory, pornographic, sexually explicit or otherwise;
1.2 Using a username that is the same or similar to the official account names of the Games or the Company, which may mislead other users of the Games mistakenly believe that the User is the employee or agent of the Company or the operator of the Games;
1.3 Posting similar content repeatedly, excessively long or meaningless text in the public chat channel of the Games, which negatively affects other users' enjoyment of the Games;
1.4 Using cheats, automation software (bots), hacks, mods or any other unauthorized third-party software designed to modify any part of the Games, collect any information of the Games or connect to the Games including but not limited to simulating game user operations, changing the operating environment, modifying data to disrupt other users' game experience through the employment of external software, including but not limited to scripts (robots), plug-ins, button wizard software or third-party tools (e.g. the multi-open function under the simulator, synchronizer, record macro, keyboard mapping, cloud phone etc.);
1.5 Playing the Games unreasonably and negatively affecting other users' game experience, including but not limited to attacking or killing teammates without reason, forming a team with malicious intent (e.g. joining a team to sabotage its performance), intentionally lowering scores, deliberately hanging up matches, quitting matches, or any other negative behaviour that harms other users' game experience;
1.6 Attempting to trade virtual currencies such as virtual gold coins, crystal and energy points ("Virtual Points"), and/or items or services for use within the Games ("Virtual Goods") with real money/real items via any third-party platforms, or attempting to provide mediation, intermediary, or agency service for such trade in or outside the Games (collectively "RMT"), including, but not limited to spamming, spreading RMT advertisements by any means within or outside the Games, and conducting RMT via any in-game functions, etc.;
1.7 Unauthorized use of other person's credit cards, mobile phones, ARS and other payment methods to pay for Virtual Points and/or Virtual Goods;
1.8 Improper top-up activities, including but not limited to, making top-ups through third-party platforms not authorized by the Company and maliciously cancelling purchase order to achieve free possession of Virtual Points and/or Virtual Goods;
1.9 Repeatedly installing and uninstalling the Games in an attempt to gain undue advantage;
1.10 Any inappropriate behaviour towards minors, including but not limited to, publishing or sending comments, private messages or content that may be physically or psychologically harmful to minors;
1.11 Creating an account using false information (e.g., email address, date of birth, etc.) to avoid compliance with the applicable laws;
In the event that the User violates Section 1 of the Rules, the Company may impose one or more of the following penalties on the User depending on the severity of the violation. The Company shall not be liable for any damages or losses suffered by the User as a result of such penalties.
2.1 Speech ban (prohibits the User from chatting publicly and/or privately);
2.3 Change inappropriate username and/or avatar;
2.4 Removal of inappropriate posts and/or remarks;
2.5 Log-in restrictions;
2.6 Confiscation or freezing of Virtual Points and/or Virtual Goods;
2.7 Resetting game records, such as scores and skill points;
2.8 Temporarily banning the User from accessing the Games;
2.9 Permanently banning the User from accessing the Games.
