This Eggy Party Privacy Policy supplements the NetEase Interactive Entertainment Pte. Ltd. Privacy Policy (the "NetEase Privacy Policy") and applies to your use of the Eggy Party game (the "Game").

This Eggy Party Privacy Policy applies in full to all players of the Game, regardless of age. To the extent there are privacy practices specific to your child or teen, those differences are outlined in the Minors' Privacy section of this Privacy Policy.

●        Device Information such as device identifier, model, OS, regional and language settings, screen resolution, and frame rate.

●        Technical and Network Information such as IP address, MAC address, internet service provider, ping value, stack information (e.g., crash reports and core dumps), server health indicators (e.g., CPU and memory usage, I/O usage, and load average), and date and time stamps of actions and events (e.g., installing or using the Game, logins and gameplay attempts).

●        Approximate Location (city and country) based on IP address.

If you log into the Game using a game platform or social media account (such as an Epic Games Account, a PSN Account, a Steam Account, or an Xbox Account), or if you use a third-party payment service to make in-game purchases, we may receive the following information about you from those other sources:

When a parent or guardian verifies their adult status with KWS, KWS will remember that they have been verified.
